Payment, Transaction, and Financial Policies
All financial transactions on ex900 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved local mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad are used for deposits and withdrawals.
- Minimum Deposit: A specified amount (as indicated on the platform) must be deposited in BDT.
- Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process.
- Transaction Verification: Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large transactions.
- Fraudulent Transactions: ex900 reserves the right to temporarily freeze funds involved in suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Failed Transactions: Funds from failed transactions due to technical errors are generally refunded within 3–5 business days.
- Taxes & Fees: Any taxes or fees applicable to transactions must be paid by the user.

Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Ex900 strives to ensure uninterrupted service but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. ex900 is not liable for such interruptions.
Ex900 is not liable for any financial losses from user betting or gaming. All bets and game results are at the user’s own risk.
Ex900 is not responsible for content or privacy policies of any third-party game providers or services on the platform. Their own terms apply.
Intellectual Property Rights
The ex900 logo, brand name, website design, content, and software are the sole intellectual property of ex900. Copying, reproducing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be interpreted and governed according to the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bangladeshi courts. ex900 always operates under the guidance of Bangladesh’s regulatory authorities.
Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Change Policy
When Can an Account Be Suspended or Closed?
- Ex900 reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice if these terms are violated.
- Accounts may be immediately suspended if fraud, identity theft, or money laundering is suspected.
- Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn after the request.
- Inactive accounts (usually 12 months) may be subject to action per applicable policies.
- Users will be allowed to withdraw valid balances before account closure unless prohibited due to fraud.
How Terms & Conditions May Change?
Ex900 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions partially or fully at any time. Upon first login after changes, users may be prompted to accept the updated terms.
